Can we import our student data from Excel?
Yes — Edutris imports student records via CSV, with guardians, contact details and class placement, so no one re-types the school register.

How do teachers mark daily attendance?
One tap marks the whole class present; adjust the exceptions, submit, and parents are alerted the moment the register closes.
How does timetable auto-generation work?
Define classes, subjects and teacher availability once — Edutris generates a clash-free timetable you can adjust in the grid editor and print.
How does the online admissions pipeline work?
A public apply page collects applications with documents; your team reviews, approves or waitlists in a pipeline, and every applicant can track status.

How do we set up our fee structure?
Define fee heads and amounts by class and academic year once — every student is placed on the right fees automatically, discounts recorded per student.
How do fee collection and receipts work?
Parents pay online via Razorpay (UPI/cards/net-banking) or at the counter — both post to one ledger, and every payment generates a printable receipt.

How do plans, billing and upgrades work?
Simple monthly tiers by student count, billed via Razorpay — upgrade or downgrade anytime, and AI is included from the Professional plan up.
How is our school’s data protected?
Data handling built around DPDP principles — encryption in transit, role-based access, per-school data isolation, activity audit logs and automated backups, on every plan.
