The rest of the platform — attendance, fees, exams, report cards, admissions, the parent app, timetables, communication, staff records — is included on every plan. "Show me, live, on real data."
A genuine AI feature can run in the demo on the demo school's data — not in a video.
"What data does it read, and where does it go?"
You should get a specific answer about what leaves the system, and how student data is protected. (Edutris: data handling built around DPDP principles, role-based access, per-school isolation.)
"Which plan is it on, exactly?"
If AI is the headline, gating should be disclosed before the sales call, not after.
"What does it deliberately not do?"

Which Edutris plan includes the AI features?
AI features — the weekly principal brief, urgent alerts, fee-risk scoring, reminder drafting, academic analytics and parent-communication drafting with Hindi translation — are available from the Professional plan up. Every other module is included on all plans.
Does the AI make decisions or send messages on its own?
No. Edutris AI is assistive by design: it drafts, scores, summarises and alerts, and a staff member reviews before anything is sent or acted on.
Is student data safe with AI features enabled?
AI features operate under the same controls, built around DPDP Act 2023 principles, as the rest of the platform — role-based access, per-school data isolation and encryption in transit. AI is also platform-gated, so it can be enabled or disabled for a school.
Will AI school software replace office staff or teachers?
No — and vendors who imply it will are overselling. AI removes the reading, compiling and drafting work: the hour spent assembling a weekly status, the afternoon spent identifying which fee accounts to chase. The judgement, relationships and decisions stay with people.
