AI report cards

Report cards, computed, and remarks, drafted by AI

The slow part of report cards was never the marks. It was the writing. A class teacher with forty students spends an evening finding forty different, fair, personal ways to say the same handful of things. Edutris splits the job the honest way: the exam engine computes the grades from marks entered once, and the AI drafts the per-student remarks. You review, tweak and publish. AI is included from the Professional plan up.

What it looks like

Edutris report card publish control with both Grade 6 sections published and Grades 7 to 10 still locked, above a print panel listing Grade 6 section B's twenty students with print and PDF actions
Report cards stay locked per class until you publish them, no half-entered marks reaching parents.

Does the AI decide the grades?

Marks entered once flow into your board’s grading scheme, result analysis and a printable term report card for every class and section. Totals, averages, grades and positions are calculated by the system: deterministic and auditable, exactly as a report card must be.

There is no AI guessing at a grade. The numbers come from the marks; the AI only helps with the words.

How does the AI draft report-card remarks?

From the Professional plan up, the AI School Assistant drafts a remark for each student from their real results and attendance, specific, encouraging and varied, so no two children get the same sentence. The teacher reads, edits a line if needed, and moves on.

What took an evening becomes a review pass. Every remark is a draft a human signs off, the teacher stays fully in control of what goes home to a parent.

How are report cards published and printed?

Report cards publish per section with release control, nothing goes live to parents until you say so. The printed format matches CBSE and ICSE expectations, and results appear in the parent app the moment you release them.

One flow, from marks to a report card in a parent’s hand: without the late nights.

Frequently asked questions

Does the AI generate the whole report card?

No, and that is deliberate. Edutris computes grades, totals and positions from the marks your teachers enter (deterministic, auditable). The AI only drafts the written remarks for each student, which the teacher then reviews and edits before publishing. Numbers come from data; the AI helps with the words.

Can teachers edit the AI-drafted remarks?

Always. Every AI remark is a draft. The teacher reviews, edits and approves each one before anything is published to parents. The AI removes the blank-page problem; the teacher keeps the final say.

Which boards and plans is this available for?

Report cards are built for CBSE and ICSE schemes (printable, board-ready). The AI remark-drafting is included from the Professional plan up; grade computation and printable report cards are part of the core exam module on every plan.
