Is there a free trial?
Rather than a self-serve free trial, Edutris offers a 30-day Guided School Pilot: our team helps you onboard, set up and migrate your real data, and you experience Professional features — including the AI School Assistant — with your actual school workflow. No credit card, no commitment.
How is Edutris priced?
Simple monthly tiers by school size — Starter (₹2,999, up to 250 students), Professional (₹7,999, up to 1,000, with AI included), and Growth (₹14,999, up to 3,000) — plus custom Enterprise pricing for school chains, societies and trusts. Within a plan there are no per-student charges, so your bill doesn't jump every time you enrol a student. Annual billing saves 20%.
What's the difference between the plans?
Starter is the essential digital foundation — student records, attendance, grade book, fees, timetable and the parent & student portal. Professional adds library, transport with live bus tracking, health records, certificates, analytics dashboards and the AI School Assistant. Growth adds advanced analytics, payroll, staff HR, advanced automation and audit logs. Enterprise covers multi-school operations at custom scale.
Which plan includes the AI features?
The AI School Assistant — lesson-planning assistance, communication drafts, report summaries and school insights — is included from the Professional plan up, with 1,000 AI actions per month on Professional and 10,000 on Growth. Starter does not include AI; the rest of the platform is on every plan.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and get immediate access to the new capabilities; downgrades take effect from the start of your next billing cycle.
How do we pay?
Payments are collected online in Indian rupees through Razorpay — UPI, cards and net-banking — and receipts are issued automatically.
Do you help us get set up?
Yes. Guided onboarding is included: our implementation team migrates your data from existing registers and Excel sheets, trains your staff, and helps you roll out the parent app — so you go live on your real records, not a blank system.
Can we run several schools under one account?
Yes. Trusts and societies can manage multiple campuses under a single account with per-school data separation — talk to us about the Society / Trust plan.
What support is included?
All plans include email and phone support (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM IST), a help centre, and onboarding assistance.
What happens to our data if we ever leave?
It stays yours. Edutris supports exporting your school's records — attendance, fees, enrolment and more — so you're never locked in. We'd rather keep you with a good product than with your data held hostage.
