How to run a fair evaluation
Shortlist three systems, demo them against YOUR week: a real attendance morning, a real fee-collection day, a real report-card cycle. Ask each vendor which advertised features actually ship today, what the invoice looks like at your exact student count, and what leaving would look like (data export, notice period). Any vendor who answers all three plainly deserves your shortlist; any who dodges has answered a different question.
