Razorpay — online fee collection
UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets. Parents pay from the fee notice; receipts, the ledger and the defaulter list update automatically. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant, so payment credentials never touch Edutris.
Email notifications
Fee receipts, announcements and circulars delivered to guardian inboxes from the school's configured sender.
SMS & push notifications
Attendance alerts, fee reminders and announcements to guardians via SMS and the parent app's push notifications.
How the Razorpay integration works day-to-day
The office publishes a fee schedule once. Parents see their child's dues in the parent app and pay by UPI, card or net-banking on Razorpay's checkout. The moment payment settles, Edutris issues the receipt, posts the ledger entry and clears the student from the defaulter list — no manual reconciliation, no 'did you pay? send screenshot' threads.
Settlement lands in the school's own bank account per your Razorpay configuration. The school signs up for its own Razorpay account, so money never routes through Edutris.

WhatsApp Business messaging
Announcements and fee reminders on the channel parents check most. On the roadmap — today, schools use SMS/push/email from Edutris.

Frequently asked questions
Does Edutris integrate with Razorpay?
Yes — Razorpay powers Edutris's online fee collection: UPI, cards, net-banking and wallets, with automatic receipts and ledger updates. The school connects its own Razorpay account, so settlements go directly to the school's bank.
Does Edutris send WhatsApp messages?
Not yet — WhatsApp Business messaging is on our roadmap. Today Edutris reaches parents by SMS, email and parent-app push notifications, which cover attendance alerts, fee reminders and announcements.
Can Edutris export data for Tally or UDISE+?
CSV export of records works today. Purpose-shaped exports for Tally reconciliation and UDISE+ filing are on the roadmap — we mark them as such rather than claiming them early.
